On January 15, the Intern Exchange Meeting of the School of Economics and Management, Yangtze University was successfully held. With the core objectives of "building communication bridges, optimizing talent cultivation models, and broadening employment channels", the meeting specially invited representatives from a number of high-quality enterprises, including Jingzhou Branch of the People's Bank of China, Wufang Optoelectronics and Footway Foreign Trade, to gather with teachers and student representatives of the school, and jointly explore new paths for the high-quality development of internships and employment and the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation.

In his speech, Chen Cheng, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Yangtze University, extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the representatives of all participating enterprises. During the exchange session, representatives of each participating enterprise shared key information such as enterprise development history, core business areas, talent selection criteria and internship post allocation one by one, combining the industry development trends and enterprise operation realities, providing students with concrete workplace cognition and targeted employment guidance. Among them, as the dual-school training base of the School of Economics and Management and the School of Foreign Languages of Yangtze University, Mr. Yang Liang, General Manager of Footway Foreign Trade, focused on sharing the achievements of the enterprise's training cooperation with the school—from the systematic intern training system, precise post matching model to the improved retention mechanism for outstanding interns, comprehensively demonstrating the enterprise's in-depth investment and long-term commitment to school-enterprise cooperation, and providing a clear growth path reference for students' career development.

The honor recognition session held at the meeting was a highlight.
