On August 18th, Ouyang Tingting, Director of the Shashi District Bureau of Commerce, and Yang Liang, General Manager of Footway Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center, braved the scorching sun and extreme heat to visit frontline enterprises. They successively inspected key enterprises including Hongye Knitting, Serui New Energy, Weizhen Trade, Jingfu Auto Parts, Toutou Leather Goods, and Jianghan New Materials. Through on-site visits, they deepened service engagement and fulfilled the commitment of "doing practical things for enterprises" with concrete actions, injecting strong impetus into Jingzhou's fulcrum construction and business environment optimization.

During the visits, Ouyang Tingting went straight to production workshops, product exhibition halls, and office areas of each enterprise to inspect on-site the operation of production lines, product R&D and innovation, and market order status. When communicating with enterprise leaders, she carefully inquired about the current production and operation status, bottlenecks in domestic and foreign market expansion, technical upgrading needs, and three-year development plans of the enterprises. She meticulously recorded specific issues and demands raised by the enterprises, such as poor connection in the supply chain, insufficient precision of enterprise-benefiting policies, talent and labor shortages, and single financing channels. On the spot, she arranged accompanying staff to sort out these issues by category, establish account books, clarify responsibility assignments and solution timelines, laying a solid foundation for subsequent targeted policies and assistance.

"Enterprise needs are the direction of our work, and enterprise satisfaction is the goal of our service," Ouyang Tingting emphasized repeatedly during the exchanges. Government departments always keep enterprise development in mind and take practical measures. Based on the characteristics of enterprises in different industries, she interpreted policy dividends one by one in combination with newly issued policy documents, including tax reductions, accelerated export tax rebates, financing interest subsidies, talent introduction subsidies, and additional deductions for R&D expenses. She also guided enterprises on-site on how to apply for policy support through the "Government-Enterprise Connect" platform, ensuring that enterprises understand policies, use policies, and enjoy tangible benefits.
