Recently, the Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center of Shashi District has actively responded to enterprise demands, taken the initiative to go deep into the frontline, and carried out special visits and investigations to enterprises such as Hubei Lianxin Electrical Appliances, Hubei Weiwei Doors and Windows, and Jingzhou Fairy Tale Three Kingdoms.  With a "one-on-one" precise service model, it has cleared obstacles and empowered foreign trade development, helping enterprises break through development bottlenecks and gain a first-mover advantage in overseas markets.

     During the visits, the transformation dilemma of Hubei Weiwei Doors and Windows Technology Co., Ltd. attracted attention.  The enterprise, which has long focused on the domestic home decoration trade, launched a new foreign trade track on the Alibaba platform driven by market environment changes.  Although it actively participated in exhibitions to explore the market, it still faced many challenges in the whole process of export operations, enterprise qualification filing, and other links.  The enterprise leader said frankly: "We are determined to explore overseas markets, but we lack experience in professional matters such as qualification handling and customs declaration procedures, and hope to receive professional guidance."  In response to the enterprise's demands, the Shashi Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center promised to provide full-process professional guidance services covering qualification handling, customs declaration procedures, and other links to help the enterprise cross the transformation threshold and consolidate the foundation of foreign trade business, enabling it to start steadily on the new foreign trade track.

Jingzhou Fairy Tale Three Kingdoms Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. also urgently needed a foreign trade "guide".  Recommended by the District Bureau of Commerce, the enterprise took the initiative to seek assistance from the service center.  From the application for import and export qualifications to the handling of electronic port cards, the service center accelerated the filing process through online guidance, winning opportunities for the enterprise to seize the international market.  However, high logistics costs became a new pain point for the enterprise – for a previous order of couplets exported to South Korea, the logistics cost was twice the cost of the goods.  The enterprise urgently hoped to match high-quality logistics resources to reduce operating costs.  In response, the Shashi Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center promised to establish a precise "demand-resource" docking mechanism, recommend high-quality logistics enterprises according to the enterprise's product characteristics, transportation timeliness, and other personalized needs, and tailor cost optimization plans to effectively enhance the international market competitiveness of products.

During the investigation of Hubei Lianxin Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., the service team and the enterprise leader conducted in-depth discussions on core issues such as market layout and channel expansion, jointly planning new paths for foreign trade development.  The enterprise leader said it would maintain close cooperation with the service center to explore a going global model that suits its own advantages.
